Exhibition Registration:
Complete the “Exhibition Contract” and fax it to the organizing committee, which will arrange booth assignments centrally.
Booth Confirmation:
Within five business days of reserving a booth and returning the completed contract, exhibitors must pay 50% of the booth fee as a deposit to formally secure their booth. The remaining balance must be paid in full by November 1, 2025.
All other rental fees, advertising charges, and service fees must be paid in full by the specified deadlines. Failure to pay on time grants the organizer the right to adjust or cancel the booth, with all resulting consequences borne solely by the exhibitor.

Registration and Check-in:
Please register at the Organizing Committee Office of Taizhou International Expo Center (No. 8899, Xinhai Road, Jiaojiang District, Taizhou City) between 08:30-17:00 on November 19-20, 2025. Bring your business card, exhibition contract or registration notice, and a copy of the payment receipt. After financial review and confirmation of full payment, exhibitor passes and relevant materials will be issued. For raw space exhibitors with custom booths, contractors must visit the Taizhou International Expo Center Service Hall (No. 8899 Xinhai Road, Jiaojiang District, Taizhou) between November 19-20, 2025, to pay the custom booth management fee and construction deposit, and obtain an “Exhibition Construction Permit” before commencing setup. Requests for early entry (1-2 days prior) or nighttime overtime construction must be submitted in advance to the Expo Center Service Hall for approval and overtime procedures.
Exhibition hall security will grant access for booth construction and decoration based on the “Exhibition Construction Permit,” and for exhibit setup based on the “Exhibitor Pass.”
Exhibition Rules:
Exhibitors must ensure exhibits fall within the product scope of this exhibition. Should unrelated products appear on-site, the organizing committee will revoke the exhibitor's qualification without refunding booth fees.
Exhibitors must pay booth fees by the specified deadline to secure their booth location. Failure to do so will invalidate prior applications, and the organizing committee reserves the right to reassign the booth.
Once the exhibition contract is submitted and confirmed, exhibitors may not cancel or reduce booth space and must pay all exhibition fees in full.
Special booth electricity/power, gas, water, transportation, and other fees are not included in the exhibition fees. Detailed pricing standards are available in the Exhibitor Service Guide.
